It is a test facility is designed to reduce development risks and support design\, prototyping\, testing\, development\, validation\, certification and training. The sites focus is to advance research and innovations though Technology Readiness Levels to derisk introduction onto the strategic and major road network. \nThe Centre includes a four lane carriageway\, designed for conducting road trials with 400m of marked lane length\, allowing vehicle speeds up to 70 mph. \nThe site visit will include a tour of the site\, highlighting some of the key technological developments there and plans for its future use as a hub for industry innovation. \nBooking your place\nThe address of the site is: The National Highways Development Centre\,  c/o The Fire Service College\, London Road\, Moreton-in-Marsh\, Gloucestershire\, GL56 0RH \nDelegates will need to book separately to the Forum to attend via the link below.
