DESCRIPTION:ITS UK’s first Local Government Exchange will bring together the transport technology sector with local councillors and decision-makers to explore how industry can support local priorities and policy objectives. \nThe inaugural event will take place in Derby\, shortly after the local elections on 7 May 2026. We will invite policymakers from across the East Midlands\, particularly local councillors\, but also MPs and Peers\, and bring them together with ITS UK members to discuss the key challenges and opportunities facing the transport network. \nThis inaugural event will aim for half of those in the room to be from the public sector\, providing meaningful discussion between transport technology companies and public sector decision-makers.
