Executive Dinner with Anne Shaw OBE

25 June @ 18:30 - 21:30

Executive Members Only

ITS UK’s Executive Dinner Programme provides a set of four dinners over the course of the year, exclusively for our Executive Membership, providing the opportunity for around 30 senior representatives from these organisations to hear from a key decision maker on their priorities and aims going forward.

The first Executive Dinner of the year will include Guest Speaker Anne Shaw OBE, Executive Director at Transport for the West Midlands. Anne was appointed Executive Director of TfWM in 2022 and is Deputy Chair of the Urban Transport Group. She led on the development of the ground-breaking Regional Transport Coordination Centre (RTCC) to oversee the West Midlands road, rail, bus and tram networks. First opened in 2020 it played a crucial role in traffic and transport management during the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham. In June 2023, Anne was been recognised with an OBE in the King’s Birthday Honours list in recognition of her work on the Commonwealth Games.

Anne will speak to Executive Members about transport priorities for the West Midlands, the work of the Combined Authority in transport technology – including the Future Transport Zone programme – and how the region can work with the sector to support better connectivity. She will also discuss the upcoming ITS World Congress, taking place in Birmingham in 2027.

We offer one place per Executive Member on a first come, first served basis. To register, please email contact@its-uk.org. Details of the venue will be shared with registrants.
