Lee is the Director and Head of Technology Services for AECOM – a leading global consultancy business.  Lee and his regional team deliver transport technology consultancy and specialist technical services across the UK, Europe and Middle East region.

Lee has a focus on emerging technology solutions including advanced traffic management solutions and connected vehicle services, where he regularly supports clients in developing sustainable and innovative transport technology solutions.  He also represents clients at EU technical platforms and working groups, supporting guidance, technical standards, and operational guidance for sustainable connected vehicle service deployment and integration.
