Snapper Services’ Mosaiq Transit Intelligence Suite has been selected by Transport for Wales (TfW) for a national deployment to support public transport operations across Wales.

The deployment will enable TfW to better analyse operational data, helping inform ongoing network improvements and decision-making.

Lee Robinson, Executive Director for Regional Transport and Integration at Transport for Wales, said: “We are looking forward to working with Snapper Services and digging into some of our data to help inform better public transport solutions for people in Wales.”

TfW selected Mosaiq for its ability to provide scalable, data-driven insights to support the authority’s evolving transport strategy, including preparations for future franchising.

Snapper Services said the partnership represents a significant step toward more responsive, evidence-led public transport planning, and a model for how data can drive smarter services at a national scale.
