The TRL team don’t just offer transport research, innovation, software, and highway products and services, they live and breathe them!

In the run-up to Intertraffic, five TRL team members; Paul Campion, Subu Kamal, Spencer Rigler, James Long and Stephen Lynn, heading to our space on the Intelligent Transport Systems UK & ERTICO – ITS Europe Pavilion, put the UK’s various routes to Europe to the test in real life:

• Paul used a bike, trains, and a tram
• James and Stephen drove an EV
• Subu flew
• And Spencer, well he walked, used trains, a coach, and a ferry!

All while tackling a series of challenges along the way.
