I am an experienced senior leader in road safety technology, specialising in product lifecycle management for AI-enabled enforcement solutions globally. With over two decades of experience across telecommunications, technology, and intelligent transportation systems, I have built a track record of delivering high‑impact, safety‑driven solutions that improve compliance, reduce risk on the road network, and support authorities in achieving their mobility and Vision Zero goals.

Since 2019, I have served as Global Product Lifecycle Manager for Enforcement Solutions at Yunex Traffic, where I play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s global road safety technology portfolio. As part of the Enforcement Senior Management Team, I define the long‑term vision, strategy and roadmap for an extensive suite of enforcement products designed to enhance driver behavioural compliance, support legal frameworks, and improve safety outcomes in cities and highways worldwide.

I lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from early market insight and concept creation through to development, launch, in‑life management and continuous improvement. I oversee a multi‑million‑pound R&D budget and am responsible for constructing robust business cases for all major investments, securing approval at board level. My focus centres on integrating cutting‑edge AI and computer‑vision technologies into enforcement and road‑safety solutions, increasing both evidential quality and operational efficiency.

My role requires me to continually analyse legislative changes and market trends to ensure Yunex’s enforcement portfolio remains market‑leading and compliant with evolving regulatory frameworks. I regularly evaluate emerging technologies and potential supplier partnerships, assessing both their technical suitability and commercial viability. This includes steering procurement conversations, conducting technical and commercial due diligence, and driving supplier strategies that future‑proof Yunex’s Enforcement Solution offerings. Most recently I have worked alongside others in the industry as a member of a BSI-led Technical Advisory Group set up to participate in the development of the Road Traffic Law Enforcement Devices (RTLED) – Type-approval requirements v3.0 document – a critical piece of work that has a direct impact on the ability of enforcement technology providers to deliver solutions that are proven to reduce KSIs on the UK road network.

As a skilled cross‑functional leader, I direct teams of engineers, product specialists, finance, quality, operations, and commercial stakeholders to deliver safety‑critical solutions on time and to specification. My leadership ensures that AI-enabled enforcement cameras, back‑office platforms and evidence‑handling tools evolve in line with customer expectations, technological advances and the highest standards of operational integrity. I also oversee the in‑life management of products, including support, obsolescence management, and continuous improvement initiatives—key components of ensuring long‑term reliability and compliance in safety‑critical environments.

Prior to Yunex Traffic, I held senior product leadership roles at BT, where I managed high‑profile consumer technology products serving millions of UK customers. Earlier roles in operations and customer service strengthened my grounding in process adherence, safety, and performance management—foundations that continue to inform my approach in the highly regulated enforcement domain.

Today, I am recognised for my ability to translate complex technological advancements into practical, deployable enforcement solutions that contribute directly to safer roads, improved traffic flows, and stronger compliance outcomes.
