Head of Product, Immense
I am a product leader working at the intersection of transport, data, and technology, with over seven years of experience delivering innovative, customer-centred B2C and SaaS products. I currently serve as Head of Product at Immense, a fast-growing UK technology company specialising in advanced traffic simulation and mobility analytics for public and private sector organisations.
In my role, I lead the end-to-end delivery of Immense’s product portfolio, from shaping short- and long-term product strategy through to execution, release, and customer success. I work closely with software engineers, commercial teams, and end users to turn complex problems into practical, scalable digital solutions that deliver real-world impact.
Alongside my delivery responsibilities, I contribute to strategic and operational decision-making and help ensure the product vision aligns with the company’s long-term goals. I also lead Immense’s strategic relationship with Amazon Web Services, including the work that enabled our platform to achieve AWS Qualified Software status and be promoted through the AWS Marketplace.
One of the most relevant projects I’ve been working on while at Immense has been RoadLab, a B2C SaaS platform developed for Transport for London. RoadLab uses advanced simulation technology to help quantify the impact of planned and unplanned disruptions on London’s road network. I led the product from early definition through to live delivery, managing the roadmap, user acceptance testing, documentation, customer support, and direct engagement with end users to ensure the platform delivered meaningful value in practice.
My career journey at Immense has given me a strong technical foundation and a deep appreciation for how research, engineering, and product strategy come together to create successful digital products. Earlier in my career, I worked at the Transport Systems Catapult, contributing to government-funded research and development projects focused on intelligent transport systems and connected and autonomous vehicles.
I hold a Master’s degree with Distinction in Transport Planning and Intelligent Transport Systems from Newcastle University, as well as Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Civil Engineering from the Università della Calabria. I regularly represent my company at national and international conferences and industry missions, where I enjoy sharing insights and learning from others working to shape the future of mobility.
Outside of work, I am a certified Les Mills BodyPump instructor and a volunteer for Save the Children UK. Both reflect values that matter deeply to me: wellbeing, community, and continuous personal development — the same principles I bring into my professional life.
