Founded by Chris Founds almost a decade ago, CJ Founds Associates has today announced its rebrand to Founds Group, marking an exciting new chapter in the company’s journey and reinforcing its commitment to growth, innovation and creating smarter, more sustainable places.
Founds Group is a specialist independent management consultancy delivering professional and technical advisory services to public and private sector clients across the digital infrastructure, highways & transportation, and regeneration sectors.
Proud of its reputation as being ‘small but mighty’ the company’s skilled consultants bring a fresh, assured, and innovative approach to project delivery working collaboratively with stakeholders to add value and efficiencies. Combining in-house expertise with a trusted Associate network, Founds Group delivers technical excellence, fast-track delivery and practical solutions to complex challenges.
Founds Group has played a leading role over the past 10years in delivering some of the most innovative programmes and projects, from place regeneration to highway term service contracts and cutting-edge digital transformation for the public sector. Examples of these include the recent 5GIR programme across social housing and transport in Greater Manchester, driving digital adoption and connectivity to improve resident and community wellbeing.
Following on from driving forward the digital strategy for the Liverpool City Region, the team has also led the programme management of the digital infrastructure as part of the St Helens Town Centre Regeneration programme, bringing fresh energy and strategic direction to the project. In addition, the team has overseen highways procurement and improvement plans for various Sussex and Berkshire Authorities, ensuring effective, efficient, and future-ready transport infrastructure and maintenance contracts.
Alongside the consultancy services, Founds Group will be launching a skills and training academy to support local authorities to enable them to embrace the latest management techniques, digital technologies and embed efficient cultures, which is seeing an acceleration across traditional sectors, such as highways and transportation.

To support this growth, Founds Group is currently recruiting for three exciting roles including Senior Programme Manager, a Project Support Officer and a Business Support Officer (Entry Level), alongside other enhanced benefits for the team.
