Early Careers & Women in ITS Group

Join us at National Highways’ Development Centre in Moreton-in-Marsh, on the 14th October, as the Early Careers and Women in ITS Groups meet for an event exploring how the industry can further both innovation and improving employee welfare and well-being.

Through two insightful sessions, we will cover how constructive leadership can build trust and collaboration to drive organisational success. We will dive deeper into the importance of authentic connection and proactive support for mental health and well being.

We will also welcome last year’s Early Careers Professional Award Winner, Alicia Blatiak and last year’s Student Essay Award Winner, Esther Fobi, both of whom will provide some reflections on their journeys as an early careers professionals and their career development.
