Over the week of 9 March, ITS UK organised a Pavilion at Intertraffic, Europe’s largest traffic technology trade show.

The Pavilion, hosted by ITS UK and ERTICO – ITS Europe, included seven UK ITS businesses as well as Transport for the West Midlands, showcasing the ITS World Congress in Birmingham 2027, and the Transport Technology Forum.

The Week at Intertraffic

Throughout the week, the delegation participated in presentations at the ITS Nordic+ stand, at quick-fire pitch sessions at the ITS Network of Nationals Stand, and saw a drinks reception held at the Pavilion to promote the ITS World Congress in 2027.

The week also saw ITS UK Chief Executive Max Sugarman chair a panel on innovation in British transport on the main stage. He was joined by Irfan Shaffi of Transport for London; Ralph Bates of Clearview Intelligence; Paul Campion of TRL; and Sam Li of Transport for Greater Manchester.
