Mosaiq speaks your language: Transit data platform expands with multilingual support to accelerate global adoption

Mosaiq by Snapper Services

New update reflects Snapper Services’ commitment to intuitive, localised transit intelligence. Now available in Italian, Spanish and Portuguese, with more to follow.

Snapper Services has introduced multilingual support to its Mosaiq Transit Intelligence Suite, making powerful data insights more accessible to public transport teams around the world.

The latest update adds full localisation in Italian, Spanish and Portuguese, along with regional variants of English. From real-time dashboards to detailed performance reports, Mosaiq now presents insights in the terminology and formats that feel most natural to each team. This improves clarity, reduces friction, and helps users act faster and with greater confidence.

“Mosaiq was built to make complex transit data simple,” said Miki Szikszai, CEO of Snapper Services. “This update makes those same insights more accessible by translating the platform into widely used languages and regional variants of English. It’s a practical step that helps teams work in the terminology they’re most familiar with, supporting faster understanding, smoother adoption, and better collaboration across regions.”

Whether through regional language customisation or full localisation, Mosaiq enables transport authorities and operators to focus on what matters most: delivering reliable, efficient and passenger-friendly services.

Key benefits of multilingual support for global transport teams

Improved accessibility
By enabling users to interact with Mosaiq in their preferred language and format, this update is designed to reduce barriers and support wider adoption across diverse teams.

Faster, more confident decision-making
Data presented in familiar terminology and phrasing can help teams interpret insights more quickly and accurately, enabling quicker operational decisions.

Consistent experience at scale
As Mosaiq expands into new regions, multilingual support ensures a locally relevant and intuitive experience. This helps teams unlock value from day one, wherever they operate.

This launch marks the beginning of a wider localisation programme. Additional languages and region-specific features are already in development. As Mosaiq continues to grow across the UK, Europe and globally, language support will remain central to helping public transport teams get the most from their data.
