As Business Development Executive for the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA), Jordan Cowley is responsible for creating strategic partnerships and identifying revenue generation opportunities with the Technology & Insight Directorate and the wider WMCA.

Having initially joined TfWM to focus on Mobility as a Service (MaaS), his role expanded in late 2024 to support the 2027 ITS World Congress, for which he acts as the commercial lead on behalf of the UK.
