Nathan Watt is Director of Transport at TransHumanity, where he leads the application and commercialisation of agentic AI technology across the transport and infrastructure sectors.

His career has focused on helping transport authorities, operators and infrastructure organisations make better use of transport data. His career started at Atkins in transport technology and then he went onto lead the development of mobile phone data for BT Active Intelligence in the transport sector.

Nathan is particularly interested in the challenges faced by start-ups and smaller businesses seeking to enter and grow within the transport sector. As Chair of the ITS UK Start-Up and Small Business Group, he is focused on strengthening the voice of smaller organisations, creating opportunities for collaboration and helping members navigate the commercial, procurement and delivery barriers that can prevent innovative solutions from reaching the market.
