I currently work at Telent, part of M Group Services, as Business Development Manager (Light Rail). As such, I am responsible for developing and delivering Telent’s approach to the light rail and urban mass transit market across the UK and Ireland. My role focuses on raising Telent’s profile in the light rail sector, positioning the business as a credible systems and technology integration partner, securing opportunities, and building strong, effective working partnerships.

Before Telent, I was Head of Marketing and Operations at BCIMO, operator of the Very Light Rail National Innovation Centre. As a founding member, I helped build the organisation from the ground up. This included securing £1.2m in capital funding using HM Treasury’s Five Case Model, leading major industry and public events, implementing CRM and operational systems, and supporting governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. I take pride in performing to a high standard, delivering successful outcomes, and working collaboratively with colleagues and peers to get the job done.
