As a Technology Design Engineering Leader within a consulting and construction environment, Rebbecca has spent the last eight years managing multi disciplinary engineering design resources and teams to deliver value-added engineering services and overseeing successful transition end-to-end from conception through to in-operation activities. Rebbecca has over 10 years of experience in building services engineering and 14 years in detailed design for transport and civils infrastructure. As a recognised technology design engineering leader, Rebbecca has acted as Lead Communications Design Engineer on numerous major National Highways frameworks and schemes. She possesses a broad and practical understanding of ITS technologies and managed motorway systems, including CCTV, variable message signs, communications networks, and low power renewable infrastructure solutions. Her experience extends to complex environments such as managed motorways, tunnel refurbishments, and congested urban corridors.

Rebbecca encourages cross-functional teamwork between software, telecommunications, and systems integration specialists. Using over two decades of expertise enabling seamless integration of distinct client systems. She maintains transparent communication with stakeholders, supply chains, and internal teams.
