As Operations Manager, Rukshan is responsible for all operational functions of the office and delivery of information, services, events and meetings and other services including IT services and other website management systems. 

Rukshan has previous experience working with membership associations and UK government departments including the Home Office and the Greater London Authority at City Hall.  

Along with the rest of the team, he is passionate at representing ITS (UK) both nationally and internationally at conferences and exhibitions and promoting its brand and profile across the industry and beyond.
