He specialises in working with clients to understand their needs and deliver great products and services, he is also responsible for developing colleagues on how to best deliver a great customer experience and creating relationships which add genuine value to organisations.

Always smiling with a positive and proactive approach, Tim is a powerful force in the industry and uses this energy to help others become successful too. Outside of work Tim continues to strive to become that perfect golfer, perhaps with still some way to go, and is pleased that his two boys seem to follow in his footsteps with a love of all sport. He also has a passion for the arts and enjoys travelling far and wide to get a better understanding of how others do things.
