Rennicks invites Local Authorities to share insight on vehicle detection and traffic data priorities
Rennicks is inviting Local Authority highways and ITS teams to share their perspective on vehicle detection, traffic monitoring and network safety challenges.
Rennicks is inviting Local Authority highways and ITS teams to share their perspective on vehicle detection, traffic monitoring and network safety challenges.
The PX150 Radar is a multi-lane and zone tracking radar designed to deliver precise, real-time vehicle detection from a single compact, all-weather unit. It can monitor up to 16 lanes of tracking, 64 detection zones and 256 targets simultaneously providing detailed per-lane data, turning movement counts and HD video verification, alongside stopped and wrong-way vehicle detection.
The PX150 forms part of Rennicks’ wider radar-based detection portfolio supporting safer and smarter road networks.
As Local Authorities continue to review how vehicle detection data supports safety, congestion management and asset planning, Rennicks is keen to hear directly from practitioners responsible for live networks.
The short survey focuses on:
- Current challenges around vehicle detection and monitoring
- Data requirements for safety, congestion and operational insight
- Integration considerations within existing ITS infrastructure
- Interest in pilot or trial installations
The survey takes less than three minutes to complete. Complete the survey here
Authorities interested in exploring pilot opportunities can indicate this within the survey.
The PX150 will be demonstrated live at TTF Live, 16-18 March, where the Rennicks team will be available on Stand 13 to discuss its capabilities and applications.
