Rennicks has successfully achieved Cyber Essentials certification for the third consecutive year, reinforcing its ongoing commitment to cyber security and protecting sensitive data.

Cyber Essentials is a UK Government-backed scheme that helps organisations guard against the most common cyber threats. Renewing the certification confirms that Rennicks continues to meet the required technical controls and best practices, from secure system configuration to access control and malware protection.

As digital systems and data play an increasingly important role in day-to-day operations, maintaining strong cyber security standards is essential. This recertification provides reassurance to customers, partners and stakeholders that Rennicks takes information security seriously and is actively managing cyber risk.

Mike Wallace, Commercial Manager at Rennicks, said:

“Achieving Cyber Essentials for a third year isn’t just a tick-box exercise. It reflects the systems, processes and behaviours we have in place across the business to protect our data and our customers’ information. Cyber security is an ongoing responsibility, and this certification gives confidence that we are continuing to do the right things.”

Rennicks will continue to review and strengthen its cyber security approach as part of its wider commitment to reliability, compliance and operational excellence.
