The 19th ITS UK President’s Dinner and Annual Awards have launched, with entries and bookings now open!

The ITS UK President’s Dinner is one of the highlights of the transport technology calendar, hosted by our distinguished President and former Transport Minister Steve Norris. Featuring the ITS UK Awards, the President’s Dinner showcases the very best of the intelligent transport sector, including the innovation, expertise and dynamism of organisations, projects and individuals across the industry.

This year we have some 17 categories to enter, ranging from the Connected and Automated Mobility Award to the Project of the Year Award – and much more! The categories are split into Individual, Project and Organisational Awards, with awards covering all disciplines, modes and organisation sizes.

The Awards are free to enter and open for all ITS UK members to nominate themselves or another – and you can submit an entry multiple times under different categories.

We’ve also opened up bookings for the President’s Dinner, taking place on 21 October, where the Awards will be announced. The Dinner will take place at the historic Church House London Westminster. Originally founded in 1887 and built to commemorate the Golden Jubilee of Queen Victoria, the beautiful grade II listed building is the perfect venue for this national celebration!

The Awards: How to Enter

Entering the Awards is simple. Fill in the nomination form below, ensuring you submit your entry by 19 August 2025.

There are several categories to select from – all of which can be found here, alongside the judging criteria.

Nominations are free, but you must be an ITS UK or public sector organisation to enter. You can enter for as many awards as you wish!

The Awards will take place at Church House, a historic conference and event venue in the heart of Westminster. Tickets are now on sale.

We have a special Early Bird Rate which you can take advantage of by booking before 1 August 2025. ITS UK Executive Members also benefit from special rates for tickets!
