ITS UK celebrates reaching 175 members

Intelligent Transport Systems UK (ITS UK), the voice of the transport technology industry, has today reached the milestone of 175 members, having seen strong growth over the past year.

Max Sugarman, Chief Executive of ITS UK, said: “We’re very happy to announce today that 175 organisations are now part of the ITS UK community, showing the strength and vibrancy of the nation’s transport technology sector and the importance of ITS UK’s work in promoting and advocating for the industry. This milestone is a real credit to the team and Board who, over the past year, have worked hard to support members of all sizes and disciplines to succeed and grow.

“Thank you to all our members who continue to support our work, inform what we do and enable us to promote the industry, whether through advocacy and engagement, networking and intelligence-sharing, export promotion or celebrating the work of the sector. It is you, our members, who make ITS UK such a thriving and exciting organisation to be part of.”

Stuart Scott, Chair of ITS UK, said: “Reaching this significant milestone in our membership is a reflection on the excellent work done by the entire executive and management team, demonstrating the value of ITS UK to a wide range of member organisations.”

Steve Norris, President of ITS UK, said: “Led by Max whose personal contribution has been immense, more and more transport tech businesses are recognising that ITS UK really is the voice of an industry that has a vital role in reaching our decarbonisation goals.”
