Mosaiq by Snapper Services and GreenRoad join forces to connect bus safety and performance data
Mosaiq by Snapper Services and GreenRoad today announced a technical partnership that brings bus operators’ safety and performance data together in one place, so they can see the full picture and act on it.
Two data sets, one view
The partnership between GreenRoad, the road safety technology company for passenger transport, and Mosaiq the transit intelligence platform by Snapper Services, will give bus operators the actionable insights they need to run safer, more reliable services, with each partner bringing one half of the picture.
Safety and performance, no longer in silos
Every bus company is built on two pillars: safety and performance. Both shape how passengers feel about their journey, yet they often sit in separate systems. Telematics shows how buses are driven and how vehicles are holding up, while network data shows whether services ran on time and where delays built up.
By connecting GreenRoad and Mosaiq, operators can see how driver behaviour and network performance influence each other, rather than joining the dots themselves.
“Bringing GreenRoad’s safety and driver performance data together with Mosaiq’s network performance data as we move towards a system of action, means operators can see the whole story in one place and make changes they can stand behind. This is the start of something we’re really excited about,” said Jon Salmon, Chief Revenue Officer, Mosaiq by Snapper Services.
“Safe journeys don’t happen by accident. GreenRoad already sees driver risk 3-5 days before an incident. Putting that alongside Mosaiq’s network data shows operators how safer driving and reliable services go hand in hand, so they can act before a problem ever reaches passengers,” said Noa Yitzhak, Head of Marketing, GreenRoad.
Just the beginning
The partners will share more over the coming months and are looking forward to seeing what they can achieve together.
